John F. Kennedy Road Lane Closure - between Carter and Kennedy Circle

The northbound outside lane of JFK will be closed between Carter and Kennedy Circle for utility installation from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Wednesday October 9^th.  Traffic will be merged to the inside lane.  Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.  If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
