Pennsylvania Avenue Closure - between Heacock and Radford

 
Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed to thru traffic between Heacock and Radford for gas main installation from 7 AM Monday October 21^st to 7 PM Tuesday October 22^nd.  Click here for a map of the detour. Access to existing driveways between Heacock and Radford will be maintained.  Eastbound motorists will be detoured onto Heacock to Asbury to Radford.  Westbound motorists will be detoured onto Radford to Chavenelle to Seippel.  Map of all detours available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
