As a follow up to the Complete Streets Community Bike Ride held on Sept. 16, the City of Dubuque is hosting a longer, more comprehensive opportunity for cyclists to share information about their personal experiences while biking on existing off-street and on-street trails in Dubuque. Topics will include trail routes and conditions, accessibility, connectivity, and safety during recreational cycling and bicycle commuting.

  3. The information gathered during the ride will be used to inform Move DBQ, the City’s Smart Parking & Mobility Management Plan, which will identify ways the City can improve parking and mobility in Dubuque for residents and visitors over the next 10 to 15 years.
