City Publication Focuses on Capital Improvements
DUBUQUE, Iowa – The theme of the City of Dubuque’s September 2012 issue of the “City Focus” publication is “Capital Improvements: Bridging Present and Future Needs.”
The 16-page publication includes articles on major projects including the Southwest Arterial, Bee Branch Creek Restoration, Dubuque Regional Airport Terminal Complex, Water and Resource Recovery Center, Intermodal Transportation Center, Dubuque Industrial Center South, Port of Dubuque Marina, and others.
City Focus will be distributed in Dubuque with the Sunday, Sept. 16, issue of the Telegraph Herald newspaper, as well as the Wednesday, Sept. 19, issue of the TH Extra publication.
