The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Vendors to provide mail room hardware and software replacement. The expected delivery date and install for the hardware and software is September 1, 2019.
The City of Dubuque is seeking proposals to lease equipment (not lease to own) over a 5-year timeframe with maintenance for all equipment included in the lease price (i.e. fusers, rollers, form development, support). The City plans to retain mailing and printing on premises with no immediate plans to outsource.
