The City of Dubuque is accepting bids for the exterior rehabilitation of an owner-occupied property at 1866 Washington Street. This is a project of the City's Washington Neighborhood Homeowner Rehabilitation Program. Successful bidders must be licensed contractors in the state of Iowa and have their Lead Safe Renovator certification. More information on the project is included in the related documents.

Bids are due on Wednesday, December 20th @ 2:00 PM at the Housing and Community Development Department.
