This program is a compilation of two short programs produced by the Cable TV Division and some raw footage from an historic day in Dubuque history. First is a 1985 program highlighting the beauty of Eagle Point Park. Next is a 1995 program presenting the amenities of Five Flags Civic Center. Finally, some raw footage from April 1, 1991, when the Dubuque Casino Belle came up the Mississippi River and entered the Ice Harbor for the first time.

City Expo is an opportunity for residents to visit with city staff and learn about programs, services, and community resources. Information and equipment from City departments and partner organizations will be on display.
Earlier in 2019, Dubuque was named an All-America City. In celebration of the award, there will be a special All-America City exhibit showcasing the many City departments and community partners whose work was featured in the winning application
Expo attendees can win door prizes by participating in an “Expo Passport” activity. Passport forms will be provided at the event and must be completed and submitted before leaving the event. Participants need not be present to win.
Informational materials and complimentary food will be available.

WHEREAS, Halloween is the fun time of year when young and old become creative and emerge as ghosts, devils, witches, cartoon characters, caped crusaders, and action heroes; and
WHEREAS, all manner of delightful, costumed individuals go from house to house on their annual pilgrimage for candy and treats, announcing their arrival with a hearty "Trick or Treat!”

Learn about all of the possibilities of Adaptive Sports in a fun, non-competitive, yet challenging environment. Each month, we will offer numerous adaptive sports opportunities and feature one sport where participants will be taught the fundamentals of the sport. (Featured Sport - Tennis)
Target population is children and adults who have a physical disability and who want to learn how to play adaptive sports.
Limited number of sports chairs will be available; please contact Aulanda for more information at 563-495-1575.
