This program is a portion of an edition of "Inside Dubuque" which was taped on July 18, 1990. Public Works Director Frank Murray explains in detail how the city will change as construction on the Highway 61/151 project proceeds. Some construction footage shot that summer is included. The program ends with a 2014 drive through town on the highway, recorded almost 24 years to the day of the original presentation.

The City of Dubuque Park and Recreation Commission will host a Public Input Meeting regarding an Ordinance Proposal to Allow Pets in Majority of City Parks. This meeting is being held to allow residents to share feedback, comments and/or concerns relating to the proposal with Park and Recreation Commissioners. Each resident will be allowed up to three (3) minutes to share his/her comments. The Park and Recreation Commission, which serves in an advisory role to the City Council, is considering the ordinance proposal for recommendation to the City Council. The City Council would have to approve any changes to the current ordinance.
