DESIGN REVIEW APPLICATION
This application will provide the step by step process for obtaining a Design Review. A design review is a request to alter the exterior of a property. The Historic Preservation Commission has the authority to allow these changes to properties located in one of the City's historic districts or those designated as a landmark or landmark site.

DEMOLITION REVIEW APPLICATION
This application will provide the process for obtaining demolition approval for a structure located in a Historic District or a Conservation District. A demolition permit is a building permit granting permission for the applicant to demolish a building.

HISTORIC DESIGNATION APPLICATION
This application provides the process for historically designating a property or structure. The Historic Preservation Commission reviews requests from property owners who seek Landmark, Landmark Site, Individual Historic Property or Historic District Designation.

ECONOMIC NON-VIABILITY APPLICATION
This application provides the process for Economic Non-Viability. The Historic Preservation Commission has the authority to approve a Certificate of Economic Non-Viability when an applicant can show that a property owner cannot earn a reasonable economic return on a property if the proposed project were not allowed to proceed.
