The Fall 2011 City of Dubuque Recreation Program brochures will arrive on Monday, Aug. 29, with registration beginning at 8 a.m. that day. There are five easy ways to register for activities, including online registration. "Read on" for details.
1. Beginning on Monday, August 29th, you may register online at http://activenet.active.com/dbqparkrec. Online registration is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. A convenience fee will be charged based upon the total amount of your class registration.
2. Beginning on Monday, August 29th, you may mail in your completed registration form and payment to the Leisure Services Department at 2200 Bunker Hill Road, Dubuque, Iowa 52001-3010.
3. Beginning on Monday, August 29th, you may fax in your completed registration form using a MasterCard or Visa credit card 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Our fax number is 563-589-4391.
4. Beginning on Monday, August 29th, you may drop off your completed registration form and payment to our office located at 2200 Bunker Hill Road between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
5. Beginning on Monday, August 29th, you may utilize our after-hours drop-off box. Place your completed registration form and payment inside a sealed envelope and drop it off in the mail slot of our office door located at 2200 Bunker Hill Road.
