Dubuque Police are investigating an indecent exposure reported near the intersection of Bradley Street and Randall Place on Saturday, November 12th at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Dubuque Police are investigating an indecent exposure reported near the intersection of Bradley Street and Randall Place on Saturday, November 12th at approximately 4:00 p.m. The offender is described as a white male; approximately 40 years of age; with short, light colored hair. While driving through the area, he allegedly exposed himself to some pedestrians. His vehicle is described as a white, older model 4-door sedan with rust and/or light damage, a missing hubcap and possibly Iowa license plates.
