On December 26th, 2011, at approximately 8:34 a.m., EZ Money Check Cashing, 3301 Pennsylvania Avenue, Dubuque, was robbed by a black male described as having a thin build, approximately 5’09” tall, wearing a hooded garment, pants, gloves and a facial covering – all black in color. EZ Money management is offering a $500 reward for information that leads to an arrest. Dubuque/Jo Daviess County Crime Stoppers is also offering monetary compensation (up to $1000) for information that leads to an arrest.
