The Multicultural Family Center is looking for interested people to serve on the Board of Directors.
The mission of the Multicultural Family Center is to empower all families and community members of Dubuque to reach their potential and build unity out of diversity. The Multicultural Family Center envisions a welcoming Dubuque built on a foundation of understanding and collaboration across racial, ethnic and socio-economic groups committed to producing engaged families and community members.
The Multicultural Family Center serves as an inviting and safe place for community members, stimulates connections and provides programs to foster civic engagement and social and economic success.
The Board meets monthly, on the second Tuesday of the month, at the Multicultural Family Center located at 1157 Central Avenue. Members serve a 3-year term and also serves on a selected committee.
