The Leisure Services Department provides an after-school sports program to fourth and fifth grade students conducted at a number of Dubuque public elementary schools.
AFTER-SCHOOL FLAG FOOTBALL. The flag football program will run from September 21st through October 15th.* (Registration deadline was on Friday, September 11th, but we are accepting late registrations that have openings available.) The following schools will be offering Flag Football:
Carver (Tuesday and Thursday)
Hoover (Tuesday and Thursday)
Irving (Monday and Wednesday)
Kennedy (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Lincoln (Tuesday and Thursday)
Sageville (Monday and Wednesday)
Table Mound (Monday and Wednesday)
AFTER-SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL. Registration forms are available for students in grades 4 and 5. Fee is $15. Volleyball program will run from October 19th through November 19th.* Registration deadline is Friday, October 9th.
AFTER-SCHOOL TENNIS will be offered in the Winter. Registration forms will be available at a later date for students in grade 5 only. This will be a FREE program. Tennis program will run from December 1st through December 17th.*
AFTER-SCHOOL BASKETBALL will be offered in the Winter. Registration forms will be available in December of 2015 for students in grades 4 and 5. Fee is $15. Basketball program will run from January 25th through February 26th.*
AFTER-SCHOOL TRACK will be offered in the Spring of 2016. Registration forms will be available early March for students in grades 4 and 5. Fee is $15. Track program will run from April 11th through May 5th.*
