The Leisure Services Department reminds citizens that pavilion reservations for picnics, reunions, graduations, et cetera may be made twenty-three months in advance. You can reserve your pavilions online at http://activenet.active.com/dbqparkrec.
Payment is required at time reservation is made. If reservation is made by phone, payment will be required with MasterCard or Visa. If reservation is made in person at the office, payment may be made with cash, check or credit card.
