The City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department is selling a completely renovated and historically restored single-family home to a moderate-income homebuyer.

The special financing package may allow qualified buyers to purchase the home for $50,000 in lender financing. The City is offering $40,000 in purchase incentives.
