The City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department is selling a completely renovated single-family home to a moderate-income homebuyer.
The single family home located at 1318 Jackson Street has approximately 1,612 sq. ft. of living space. The two-story home has four bedrooms, two baths and a front porch selling for $105,000.
The home is within walking distance of work, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, businesses, banks/credit unions, churches and restaurants.
The special financing package may allow a qualified buyer to purchase the home for approximately $90,000 in lender financing. The City is offering $40,000 in purchase incentives.
