See below for information on our adult lap swim and water walking hours at the Hempstead High School Swimming Pool:
Beginning on Sunday, September 15th through and including Sunday, November 3rd, adults are invited to lap swim and/or water walk between the hours of 4:15 pm to 5:15 p.m.
Cost is $3 per adult or free if you purchased a 2013 season pool pass.
