To prepare for asphalt paving, the City of Dubuque Public Works Department will be milling on the following streets Tuesday, July 23, through Thursday, July 25:
• Hillcrest Road between Asbury & Carter
• Hillcrest Road between Key Way & St. Celia
• Pennsylvania Avenue between JFK Road & Lucy
Milling will occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid travel delays.
