On September 3rd, 2014, the Dubuque Police Department, Asbury Police Department, Iowa State Patrol and City of Dubuque Animal Control conducted a multi-agency safety and enforcement project.
The project targeted the high impact call areas on the west side of Dubuque and focused on pedestrian/bicycle traffic, animal issues and traffic violations.
The project ran from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The specific number & nature of offenses were as follows:
