On Tuesday, October 7th, 2014, at approximately 8:38 a.m., Dubuque Police and Fire personnel responded to the 2300 block of Rockdale Road on the report of a two vehicle collision with injuries.
The investigation determined a Chrysler Sebring operated by an adult male driver crossed the center line and collided with a GMC Suburban operated by an adult female. The female was transported to Finley Hospital for injuries not believed to be life threatening. The male driver was transported to Mercy Hospital with life threatening injuries and is in critical condition. The names of the drivers are being withheld pending family notifications and additional investigation. No charges have been filed at this time.
