On Tuesday, October 7th, 2014, at approximately 8:38 a.m., Dubuque Police and Fire personnel responded to the 2300 block of Rockdale Road on the report of a two vehicle collision with injuries.
The investigation determined a Chrysler Sebring operated by Delbert C. Keuter, 80, of Dubuque, crossed the center line and collided with a GMC Suburban operated by Tammy K. Donath, 52, of Dubuque. The female was transported to Finley Hospital where she was treated and later released. The male driver was transported to Mercy Hospital and was later pronounced dead. An autopsy will be performed by the State Medical Examiner in an effort to determine cause of death and whether or not said cause contributed to the crash.
