As of 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2015 the HCV waiting list is closed.
Due to a projected shortfall of Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Housing Assistance Payments, the City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department will close the HCV waiting list effective 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2015. The City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department will not accept any new applications for the HCV program waiting list after 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2015. There is no scheduled date to re-open the waiting list at this time. A public notice will be issued when the waiting list is reopened.
Applicants who have already submitted their completed application before this date will remain on the waiting list. Applicants who are on the waiting list are still required to report any changes on their application.
