[ARCHIVED] Shooting Leaves One Injured

On Wednesday, July 15th, at 5:25 p.m., Dubuque Police responded to the Finley Hospital emergency room for an adult male being treated for a gunshot wound to his foot.

He was identified as Keanu L. Arnold, 20, of Dubuque. The investigation indicated a person inside a passing vehicle fired multiple shots at Arnold while he was in the 600 block of West 11th Street. Arnold’s wound is not life-threatening and he has been released from the hospital. Officers and investigators continue to work on viable leads pertaining to this investigation and more information will be forthcoming.
