This special Neighborhood Recreation Program is a 5-day per week program (Mon-Fri) for 3 and 4 year-olds. It is designed to be a structured recreational program including activities such as games, stories, music and art, developed around a weekly theme.

The Fall sessions of Playtime for Tots began on August 22nd and will continue through December 9th, 2016. All sessions are held at the Comiskey Center. Morning session is from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. and afternoon session is from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Teacher: Ms. Nancy (Schmidt) Fritsch. (NOTE: No program on November 8th, 24th and 25th.)
Playtime for Tots is FREE if city of Dubuque resident within income guidelines or $80 per session if above the income guidelines and/or a non-resident. (Neighborhood Recreation Programs are designed for low and moderate income residents of Dubuque and will receive priority registration.)
