This special Neighborhood Recreation Program is a 5-day per week program (Mon-Fri) for 3 and 4 year-olds. It is designed to be a structured recreational program including activities such as games, stories, music and art, developed around a weekly theme.
Session II dates are October 17th-December 9th. Playtime for Tots is held at the Comiskey Center. (NOTE: The Winter/Spring session dates of Playtime for Tots will be announced at a later date.)
Morning session is from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. and afternoon session is from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Teacher: Ms. Nancy (Schmidt) Fritsch. (NOTE: No program on November 8th, 24th and 25th.)
Playtime for Tots is FREE if city of Dubuque resident within income guidelines or $80 per session if above the income guidelines and/or a non-resident. (Neighborhood Recreation Programs are designed for low and moderate income residents of Dubuque and will receive priority registration.)
