This special Neighborhood Recreation Program is a 5-day per week program (Mon-Fri) for 3 and 4 year-olds. It is designed to be a structured recreational program including activities such as games, stories, music and art, developed around a weekly theme.
The Leisure Services Department is offering a Fall session of Playtime for Tots. Session II began on Monday, October 16th and will continue through Friday, December 8th (no program on November 23rd and 24th). Winter-Spring Session I will begin on January 8th and continue through March 2nd; Winter-Spring Session II will begin on March 19th and continue through May 11th. Playtime for Tots is FREE if city of Dubuque resident within
income
guidelines
or $80 per session if above the income guidelines or $96 per session if a non-resident. (Neighborhood Recreation Programs are designed for low and moderate income residents of Dubuque and will receive priority registration.)
REGISTRATION DATES: Registration for Winter-Spring Playtime for Tots will begin on Monday, December 4th, for city of Dubuque residents within income guidelines. If above income guidelines and/or live outside city of Dubuque limits, registration will begin on Tuesday, December 12th. Registration for age 4 and above will begin on Wednesday, December 13th.
