This special Neighborhood Recreation Program is a 5-day per week program (Mon-Fri) for 3 and 4 year-olds. It is designed to be a structured recreational program including activities such as games, stories, music and art, developed around a weekly theme.
Winter-Spring 2019 session dates are as follows: Session 1 - January 7th - March 1st; Session 2 - March 18th-May 10th. Registration is in process; few openings remain for Session 2. Teacher: Ms. Nancy (Schmidt) Fritsch.
Playtime for Tots is FREE if city of Dubuque resident within income guidelines or $80 per session if above the income guidelines or $96 per session if a non-resident. (Neighborhood Recreation Programs are designed for low and moderate income residents of Dubuque and will receive priority registration.)
