The Leisure Services Department will be providing scholarships for resident low-income qualifying families. See below for details.
Starting on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2017, $125 credit will be added to computer account for the first 150 families (first-come, first-served basis) that turn in their completed scholarship application forms to the Leisure Services Department, 2200 Bunker Hill Road or the Multicultural Family Center, 1157 Central Avenue. (Leisure Services Department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Multicultural Family Center is open Monday-Thursday, 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm; Friday 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.)
Scholarship funds may be used for full price recreation classes, season swim pass, pavilion rental, Pet Park season pass.
NOTE: Credit may only be used for listed participants living at address on scholarship application. Credit may not be used for Flora and/or Sutton Pool daily admissions, Bunker Hill Golf Course golf fees, daily entrance fee/season pass for Eagle Point Park, any other City of Dubuque services or a person living at address other than one listed on scholarship application. NO REFUNDS or COMPUTER CREDIT will be issued for programs paid for with scholarship funds if canceled at a later date.
