[ARCHIVED] Fraudulent Activity Under Investigation

Dubuque Police are investigating fraudulent activity that allegedly occurred at Subway restaurant, 2200 JFK Road, between October 1 and December 19, 2016.

Patrons of that specific Subway during this time frame who paid with a credit or debit card should carefully review their statements and accounts for unauthorized charges, specifically to “OneLove, Inc.”. There is no indication any other personal information was compromised or obtained by the alleged offender, a Subway employee, who has since been terminated. The investigation is ongoing.

If a patron suspects fraudulent activity as described above, please contact Investigator Isaiah Hoff at 563-590-4197. You can also submit tips anonymously online at www.cityofdubuque.org/police or through the MyDBQ smartphone app available at www.cityofdubuque.org/MyDBQ. As with any criminal investigation, suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
