On August 17th, 2017, the Dubuque Police Department, along with the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department and Iowa State Patrol, conducted a joint traffic enforcement project in downtown Dubuque.
On August 17th, 2017, the Dubuque Police Department, along with the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department and Iowa State Patrol, conducted a joint traffic enforcement project in downtown Dubuque. The project focused on seatbelt compliance. During the project, several traffic stops were conducted with the following enforcement actions:
26 Seatbelt citations/warnings
11 Proof of insurance citation/warning
3 No driver’s license citations
6 Equipment citations/warnings
3 Driving with suspended DL
1 Tinted window citation
1 Expired registration warning
2 Driving while texting
1 Wrong way on one way warning
