were allegedly involved in a Reckless Use of Fire case at a City of Dubuque
parking ramp located at 975 Central Ave.
The incident occurred on 01/14/18 at around 03:06 AM. An object was set on fire in this case on the
top level of the ramp. No victims are
reporting damaged property at this time.
