Police are seeking assistance in identifying a subject who allegedly involved in a hit and run accident while leaving the Q Casino, 1855 Greyhound Park Rd, in Dubuque.
The suspect was operating a black SUV. The incident occurred on 8/11/18 at approximately 10:50 PM. If you have information please submit it at www.cityofdubuque.org/ID4PD.
