City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday February 16, 2010 commencing at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Historic Federal Building, 350 West 6th Street, Dubuque, Iowa to obtain comments
on the proposed Fy 2011 Annual Action Plan for the use of Community Developoment Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
