Hours for the Flora Park Skate Park are from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm, 7 days per week.
The skate park may only be used for skateboards, in-line skates, bicycles and non-motorized scooters. The use of protective gear such as helmets, knee and arm pads, and wrist guards are strongly recommended.
NOTE: This park is not supervised and the City of Dubuque does not assume any responsibility for park injuries.
