[ARCHIVED] Authorities Seek Information on Suspicious Fire

On March 20th, 2011 at 6:08 p.m., Dubuque Fire & Police Departments responded to the report of an explosion and subsequent structure fire at 306 Valeria Street.

The lone occupant of the structure, Matthew Stuckey, age 24, sustained non- life threatening injuries as a result of the explosion and fire. Dubuque Fire and Police Officials continue to investigate the incident and believe it to be suspicious in nature. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dubuque / Jo Daviess County Crime Stoppers at 563-588-0714 or 800-747-0117. Anonymous tips are accepted and monetary rewards could be offered by Crime Stoppers and the State Fire Marshal’s Office if the information leads to an arrest and conviction.
