This special Neighborhood Recreation Program is a 5-day per week program (Mon-Fri) for 3 and 4 year-olds. It is designed to be a structured recreational program including activities such as games, stories, music and art, developed around a weekly theme.
Registration begins on Monday, December 5th for persons within the income guidelines. Persons above the income guidelines and non-residents will not be accepted until Monday, December 12th. (NOTE: Children age 4 will be allowed to register beginning on Tuesday, December 13th.)
Session I (Winter) dates are January 9th-March 3rd (no class on January 16th). Session II (Spring) dates are March 20th-May 12th. Playtime for Tots is held at the Comiskey Center. Morning session is from 9:30–11:30 a.m. and afternoon session is from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Teacher: Ms. Nancy (Schmidt) Fritsch.
Playtime for Tots is FREE if city of Dubuque resident within income guidelines or $80 per session if above the income guidelines and/or a non-resident. (Neighborhood Recreation Programs are designed for low and moderate income residents of Dubuque and will receive priority registration.)
