The 2011 Bald Eagle Watch is scheduled for Saturday, January 15th.
The Bald Eagle Watch will be held at the Grand River Center, 500 Bell Street, Port of Dubuque, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This FREE family event has all new programs!
