City of Dubuque Health Department Seeking Dog Involved in Biting Incident

The City of Dubuque Health Services Department is seeking information regarding a dog involved in a biting incident that occurred on Saturday, January 4th, 2025, at about 2:00AM in the 2200 to 2400 block of Lincoln Ave. Dubuque, IA 52001.  The dog is described as a medium sized dog with curly gray hair, a long tail, and floppy ears. After the incident the dog was last seen running Southeast. 
 
The Health Department needs the public's assistance in finding this dog to verify the dog’s health status and vaccination history. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Health Services Department at 563-589-4185 between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or the Law Enforcement Center at 563-589-4415 after hours or on the weekend.
