City of Dubuque to Open Housing Voucher Waiting List

REMINDER: The City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department will OPEN the waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, from 12 a.m. CST until 11:59 p.m. CST.

Applications will be available online beginning at 12 a.m. at cityofdubuque.apply4housing.com and paper copies will be available from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Housing & Community Development Department, 350 W 6th St., Suite 312, Dubuque, IA 52001. Applications are also available upon request by calling 563-589-4230 or by e-mailing housing@cityofdubuque.org.
