Purchase of Service Grant Applications Available for Fiscal Year 2014
DUBUQUE, Iowa – The City of Dubuque now has applications available for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Purchase of Services grant program.
The Purchase of Service grant program is designed to provide support for human service programs in the city of Dubuque that further the City’s goals, objectives and priorities. Not-for-profit organizations that are located in Dubuque and provide year-round human services programs are eligible to apply. Grants will be awarded by the City Council during the City’s FY2014 budget process. The Council has not yet determined the funding level for the program, although $104,828 was awarded in FY2013.
Organizations interested in applying for the grant program are required to attend one of two application workshops. The first will be held at 4 p.m on Thursday, Sept. 27, and the second at noon on Friday, Sept. 28. Both workshops will be held in the Carnegie-Stout Library Aigler Auditorium, third floor, 360 West 11th Street.

Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, to the Housing and Community Development Department, 350 West 6th St., Suite 312, Dubuque, Iowa 52001.
