Purchase of Services Grant

The Purchase of Service grant program is designed to provide support for human service programs in the City of Dubuque that further the City’s goals, objectives, and priorities. Not-for-profit organizations located in Dubuque and providing year-round human services programs are eligible to apply. Grants are awarded by the City Council based on recommendations from the Community Development Advisory Commission.

Applications Due Nov. 10, 2020

Grant Reporting

Reports are submitted quarterly and are due on the 15th of the month following the 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th months of the grant contract.
