COVID Non-Profit Support Grants

Applications accepted November 10 - December 7, 2021

This grant is available for non-profit organizations serving populations impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding is provided through Community Development Block Grant CARES Act to prepare for, prevent, or respond to the coronavirus. 

Recipients will be required to maintain eligibility documentation, submit to monitoring, and report accomplishments on a quarterly basis.

Total funding available is $97,500. Maximum award amount is $15,000. 

Purchase of Services Grants

The Purchase of Service grant program is designed to provide support for human service programs in the City of Dubuque that further the City’s goals, objectives, and priorities. Not-for-profit organizations located in Dubuque and providing year-round human services programs are eligible to apply. Grants are awarded by the City Council based on recommendations from the Community Development Advisory Commission.

Grant Reporting

Reports are submitted quarterly and are due on the 15th of the month following the 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th months of the grant contract.
