Are you a Dubuque resident or stakeholder with ideas to improve your neighborhood? Join this free, monthly virtual workshop series designed to help you turn your ideas into real projects!

What You’ll Learn

Each session covers essential topics for small-scale developers, including:

  • Preparing for bank interviews
  • Running project numbers
  • Design and planning
  • Property management
  • And much more

The workshops are sponsored by the City of Dubuque and led by Neighborhood Evolution, a team of experienced developers, designers, and planners committed to helping communities grow from the ground up.


Workshop Schedule

  • First session: Tuesday, November 18, 2025
  • Ongoing sessions: Noon on the third Tuesday of each month for 12 months

You can join at any time, but starting early is encouraged.
