5th Street will be closed to traffic between White Street and Bell Street beginning at 7:00 am on Monday October 3rd, 2011 to accommodate utility work. This utility work is being done in conjunction with the Historic Millwork District Complete Streets Project and the new Flexsteel Corporate Headquarters project in the Port of Dubuque. 5th Street will re-open on Wednesday October 14th at 5:00 pm. Motorists are asked to utilize the 3rd street overpass into the Port of Dubuque during this time. The City of Dubuque appreciates your patience.
