A portion of one northbound lane of John F. Kennedy (JFK) Road is closed near the intersection of JFK and Carter Road today (Saturday, Dec. 24) as repairs are being made to a broken water main.
As a result, there is no access to Carter Road from JFK and JFK's two northbound lanes will merge into a single lane before the JFK/Carter Road intersection.
The City of Dubuque Water Department said repairs are expected to be completed and all lanes reopened later today.
