Kelly Lane will be closed to all traffic just west of Manson Road

Kelly Lane will be closed to all traffic just west of Manson Road beginning around 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17 for repair to a water main. Manson Road and Miller Road will be accessible from Old Mill Road. Anticipated opening: 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
