E. 17th Street will be closed for alley reconstruction between Jackson Street and Washington Street beginning at 6:00 AM Monday July 23, 2012. Anticipated re-opening 5:00 PM Monday July 30, 2012 (weather permitting). Motorists are encouraged to follow posted detour route.
