E 10th Street will be closed to East-Bound traffic between Central Avenue and White Street beginning at 7 AM Wednesday August 29, 2012 for private utility reconstruction. Anticipated re-open at 5 PM Friday August 31, 2012. Motorists are encouraged to follow the posted detour (E 9th Street).
