[ARCHIVED] E. 18th St. Closure between White St. and Jackson St.

E. 18th St. will be closed between White St and Jackson St beginning at 7 am on April 2, 2013 for green alley reconstruction and utility connections. Anticipated re-open is at 5 pm on April 9, 2013. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route.
