Asbury Road between Meinen Ct. and St. John Dr. will have varying lane closures with flaggers for the Dubuque Safe Routes to School Project set to start Monday June 17th with anticipated completion on Friday June 28th. The work will include the installation of a crosswalk median, sidewalk, signs and pavement markings on Asbury Road. Motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.
